Yr Hen Ysgubor is a cosy cottage sleeping 4-5 with views across unspoilt countryside to the Preseli Mountains. Situated on the owners peaceful 19 acre smallholding, the cottage has underfloor heating throughout and its own fenced patio area with table and chairs and a private south facing courtyard.

There is one double bedroom and a large bedroom with two single beds and a chair bed giving the option of a further single bed. The bathroom has a shower bath with an electric shower over, heated towel rail, WC and basin with illuminated mirror over.

The lounge area has a leather sofa and two chairs and a flat screen TV with ‘Freeview’/DVD player. The kitchen facilities include a built in electric oven and hob with hood over, microwave, large fridge/freezer and a washing machine.

The cottage is all on one level except for the larger bedroom which has three steps down. There is ample parking for two cars. All bed linen, towels, heating and electricity included in the price.
